The GBF in partnership with BOMA BC has released a new study into the creation of a green lease.

A new study ‘Making Dollars & Cents Out of Green Buildings’ provides a comprehensive review of the financial impacts of the BOMA Go Green program. The report indicates an estimated potential saving of $0.75 per sq.ft. for a typical 100,000 sq.ft. green building.
